Wild Women Walks - Wolf Moon (Free)

  • Beach Trail at Evergreen Campus - F Lot Parking 4218 Driftwood Road Northwest Olympia, WA, 98502 United States (map)

Join Licia for January’s Wild Women full moon walk. January’s moon, known by some as the Wolf Moon, refers to the sound of hungry wolves howling in the night.

Though we won’t be lucky enough to hear howling wolves in our area, we can meander through the woods, sometimes silently, to listen for other creatures we may encounter. We’ll also discuss what edible plants still stay with us through the winter months.

We’ll walk about a mile and a half through the woods starting at the Beach Trail trailhead at Evergreen’s campus. Parking is free on the weekends. Follow signs for the F Lot.

Please note - this location does not have a bathroom.

This event is free but requires an RSVP - please fill out the form below to sign up!
